Made a Fidget.flc from the Fortify and AttackA Flcs
Made a FriarRun.wav
Shortened the Crow.wav, Added Deep Chant and Reduced the Loudness
Adjusted the Chant Short.wav and Made a Chant.wav from it for the Fidget Flc.
Adjusted the .ini to use the Fidget.flc and the FriarRun.wav
Set up the .ini to use Attack B then Attack A then Attack B again in order to 
have Attack B as the Bombard Attack and not keep Attack A repeating.

The unit has two attacks. Attack A is a preach, and Attack B is a magical attack. 
The ini file is set so that he performs the preach attack once and then cycles 
the magical attack until the end of the battle. If you want him only to attack magically, 
then open the ini file and replace the entire text with this:
